No. Aingular TLV is a community-led conference organized by E-Square together with GDG Tel Aviv, and it runs as part of DevFest Tel Aviv. Google hosts the venue and supports DevFest as a community program, but this is not an official Google or Angular product event, and the program is chosen by the community organizers.
